The room seemed clean enough, but at around

11:00 PM I started having allergy problems. The front desk staff was empathetic and moved us to a different room, which helped a lot. But the noise from the nearby highway made sleeping a challenge.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and they really nailed it with the hospitality! I mean, Betty at the front desk assured us we’d be safe with our truck loaded up with all our things, it gave us piece of mind you know.

The Holiday Inn in Casper exceeded my expectations with its clean rooms and friendly staff. Check-in went smoothly. I stayed in a Standard King Room, which felt spacious and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, and the black-out curtains did a great job of keeping the room dark for a restful sleep. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, with lovely views of the surrounding hills. The shower had great water pressure, which I appreciate. However, the air conditioner in my room struggled to cool down adequately. It took quite a while for the room to reach a comfortable temperature, which was frustrating. Dining options were fine, but I wish there were more variety during breakfast hours. The restaurant felt a bit crowded and slow during peak times, which affected the overall dining experience.
